AVAILABILITY:
All seasons and shares are subject to availability. Season holders are not restricted to listing just with Taylor Made.

PRICING:
Prices are subject to change do to market situations and availability.

NO GUARANTEE SEASON:
This season is payable upon signing the contract (click here to see sample contract), the buyer assumes all risk at this time. These seasons are generally available at a lower price than the Live Foal season, however they carry a certain amount of risk as the stud fee is non refundable for any reason. Seasons are sold no guarantee because demand is greater than supply and the owner of the season can name their price.

LIVE FOAL SEASON:
This season is generally payable September 1 of the year bred (click here to see sample contract) , however many contracts use dates of October 1, November 1, etc… The stud fee will be refunded if any of the following events occur: the mare fails to conceive, aborts the fetus, has a stillborn foal, has a foal that cannot stand alone and nurse, or the mare dies while in foal. Should any of the previous events occur, a certified veterinary certificate must be sent to the stud farm or season holder within 15 days to receive a refund of payment. Should payment not be received within 30 days of the payment date, most contracts will revert to a no guarantee season. The season holder loses their live foal guarantee and payment becomes due immediately. Should there be a problem with payment the best course of action would be to speak with the season holder at the earliest opportunity. Interest penalties willaccrue if payment is late.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – most Live Foal contracts are different in some way, please review your contract carefully.

PAYMENT – Payment is always made in United States Funds either by Wire Transfers or Check.

COMMISSIONS – There is no fee charged for listing your season or share. Taylor Made Sales Agency will charge an agreed upon commission if sold.
