| Ben has been involved with Taylor Made since its inception and is the Vice President of Taylor Made Stallions, Inc., which currently stands ESKENDEREYA, FORESTRY, NORTHERN AFLEET, OLD FASHIONED, and UNBRIDLED'S SONG. Ben oversees Taylor Made's stallion division, controls the stallions' books and reviews all mares submitted to the TMSI stallions. Ben and TMSI work in conjunction with WinStar in the management of the stallions TIZNOW, and SPEIGHTSTOWN who stand at WinStar Farm and WILDCAT HEIR who stands at Journeyman Stud. Ben and his wife, Jan, have 3 children – Brooks, Courtney and Clay. |

| A part of the Taylor Made team since its inception, Frank oversees the total operation of the farm including care of the horses, operation of the Boarding Department, and farm maintenance. He also assists clients on an individual basis advising them in matings and sales and generally providing a plan for improving their bloodstock. In addition he plays an integral part at the public auctions in which Taylor Made participates. |

| Mark is the youngest of the Taylor brothers. He graduated from Clemson University in 1992. After working for Hall of Fame trainer Ron McAnally in California as well as Satish Seemar in Dubai, Mark returned to Taylor Made full time in 1994. Mark became Vice President of Public Sales in 2000. Mark married his wife Julia in 1997 and they have been blessed with two boys, Christopher Walker (2000) and Joseph Lannon Taylor II (2003). |

| Pat was born in Lexington and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration. He has over 30 years of experience in the Thoroughbred industry. In 1994, after 10 years as their Director of Sales, Pat resigned from Gainesway Farm to join Taylor Made as Vice President of Private Sales and Investments. A life-long friend of the Taylor family, Pat became a partner in 2008. He has been married to his wife Peggy for 27 years and they have 4 children. |

As a Senior Account Manager, Jeff assists our clients with developing, managing, and profiting from their thoroughbred investments. He is actively involved in the evaluation of horses' conformation and offering advice on how to improve them. With this hands-on approach, he advises clients on how to mate and market their bloodstock. |

| Stuart joined Taylor Made in November 2005. He has 30 years of horse experience, including 5 years of management with Due Process Stables in New Jersey; 9 years of management with Ben Walden's Vinery Farm and 5 years managing Payson Stud in Lexington. Stuart attended Sterling College in Vermont; the Kentucky school of horseshoeing in Shelbyville; Equine short course seminars at Colorado State and Cornell and a short course management seminar at Princeton. Stuart’s thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Thoroughbred industry, combined with his dedication to achieve customers' goals, makes him a great asset to the team. Stuart married his wife, Joni, in 1992. Their son, Andrew, was born in 1994. |

| Shannon Potter is a native of Kentucky and joined the Taylor Made team in 2003 after quickly advancing through the Taylor Made Intern Program. He has successfully guided his clients through all facets of their bloodstock needs, including purchases, training, breeding and sales. | Wally joined the Taylor Made team in October of 1995. He is a third generation horseman and a native Texan. He grew up ranching and raising Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred bloodstock and studied Equine Science at Tarelton State University. He is married to Barb, and has two sons named Mason and Ryan. |

| Leif rejoined Taylor Made in September of 2009 to lead our Stakes Filly Recruiting Program. His primary role is to track and recruit stakes-caliber racing/broodmare prospects for Taylor Made to sell either privately or at public auction. Leif is a recent graduate of the prestigious Darley Flying Start Program. He is a central Kentucky native who started his career in the Thoroughbred business with Juddmonte Farms and then as the Pedigree Research Director at Taylor Made where he worked for two years. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Agricultural Economics. |

| Jerry joined the Taylor Made team in April 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 28 years of financial experience in multiple industries. Jerry has spent the last 15 years in executive level management, most recently serving as the CFO and Chief Operating Officer of SportsMyx Holdings, LLC, a Sports Marketing and Media company. Prior to his tenure at SportsMyx, Jerry served as Chief Financial Officer for Host Communications, Inc., a Lexington KY based company and one of the nation’s leading organizations in providing affinity, multimedia, promotional and event management services to universities, athletic conferences, associations and corporations. A native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Jerry holds a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Chapter of the CPA’s, the Financial Executives Institute and the Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to joining Taylor Made, Jerry along with his wife Traci and their two children, Justin and Jacob lived in Knoxville, Tennessee. |

Cathy's background includes 13 years combined experience in Human Resources working in automotive manufacturing and professional recruiting. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Cathy lives in Nicholasville with husband Bobby and two children Braydin and Bragdon. |

| A 29-year Thoroughbred industry veteran, Mark oversees Research for all of Taylor Made's divisions and marketing for Taylor Made Stallions. Research Director for Taylor Made in the early 1990s, Mark has worked with some of the most respected breeding operations in the world. He is the former Director of Research for The Thoroughbred Times and worked for the Daily Racing Form. Prior to rejoining Taylor Made in 2004, Mark owned his own company specializing in catalog and sales research. As a consultant, he has advised on the purchase of or matings for the dams of Breeders' Cup winners Shared Account and Desert Stormer, million dollar earner Morluc, Champion Plenty of Sugar and GSWs Liaison, Golden Itiz, Guided Tour, Sapphire 'n Silk, Abby Girl, Saintly Look, Dontellthekids and Screen Your Friend. |

| Hunter attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington while pursuing a degree in Spanish. He worked five years with Bloodstock Research Information Services in Lexington and worked with trainers at Keeneland and for private breeding farms while going to college. Hunter works closely with Mark Brooking in providing research information for all the divisions. He and his wife, Meredith, live in Lexington and are the proud parents of a daughter, named Kate. |

Ryan has spent most his life working with computers, providing technical support, and training. Prior to joining Taylor Made, Ryan spent time working as a computer/network specialist for a local school district and as a graphic designer for an ad agency. |

| Jimmy started working on the farm as a teenager and went to work with thoroughbreds in 1981 for Thomas Collins' On the Rocks Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. During his tenure at On the Rocks Jimmy worked various jobs graduating to the position of Assistant Farm Manager. A Taylor Made employee since 1991, Jimmy is an integral part of the sales team setting up and organizing the equipment and supplies needed to run our teams at the sales. During the breeding season Jimmy works with Barrett Midkiff transporting horses to and from the breeding sheds. |

He has a lifetime of experience in Sales and Marketing, including work for the NCAA, NFL (National Football League), Minor League Baseball and the Tennis Masters Cup. |

Cara also contributes to the design and production of various marketing materials including print, Internet and other promotional items. |

| A team member since 1992, Sue primarily oversees with the administration of veterinary services done on the farm, including billing and supplies. She schedules the vaccination/deworming program with the farm managers and also communicates to them arriving and departing horse information. During the breeding season she books the mares boarded at Taylor Made Sales, and at the sales she handles the repository. |

| Tom joined Taylor Made in August of 2006. He is a second generation horseman and has over 25 years of experience working with horses. Tom was an Assistant Trainer from 1995-2006. He has extensive experience with breaking and conditioning young horses. Tom's primary duties include managing Taylor Made's consignment and sales force at public auctions. His responsibilities at Taylor Made Farm include managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm. Tom is a 1991 graduate of the Western Reserve Institute Police Academy in Northeast Ohio and a former Police Officer. Tom has been married to his wife Amy for 19 years and they have three children: Alyssa, Haylee, and Olivia. |

| Steve was born and raised in Antigo, Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater. Before joining the Taylor Made team in 2001, he worked as a golf course construction supervisor in Venezuela. Steve also has a long history of experience working with Thoroughbreds. He began prepping yearlings at Crestwood Farm in 1983 for Pope McClean. He also worked at Gainesway Farm for twelve years with broodmares, breaking and training horses as a Foreman and then Broodmare Manager. At Taylor Made, his focus is on breeding mares, raising foals, and preparing them for the sales. His goal is always to raise the best horses possible. |

Here at Taylor Made, Barrett transports horses to and from breeding appointments and to and from the sales. He is also known for being willing to pitch in and do anything possible to help the team run smoothly. |

This ensures that owners are always aware of their horse’s development while at Taylor Made. Laura’s photos are also used for varies publications and promotions for Taylor Made and our clients. |

| A Team Member since 1984, Tina supervises the Stallion Department which includes the issuance of Service Contracts and Service Certificates for the stallions standing at Taylor Made and the booking of mares that are visiting the stallions standing here. She tracks the mares that have been bred and is responsible for billing and the collection of stud fees. Tina assists clients in the submission of mares for possible breedings and the scheduling of stallion shows. |

| Gilberto joined the Taylor Made Stallion Division in 2007 as the Stallion Manager following six years as the Division Manager for Taylor Made's Yearling Complex. Gilberto supervises our stallion division, which includes the stallions: ESKENDEREYA, FORESTRY, NORTHERN AFLEET, OLD FASHIONED, and UNBRIDLED'S SONG. He supervises all breedings and the general care of the stallions. Gilberto works closely with Tina Miller and Wendy Upton on the booking of mares, corresponding with owners and the scheduling of stallion shows. Gilberto's previous experience included four years of experience at Overbrook Farm with mares and stallions. He also worked for 505 Farms where he prepped for the two-year-old in training sales. |

| Wendy has an extensive background in the thoroughbred industry at all levels and got her start on the East Coast as an owner/operator of a small hunter boarding, breeding and training stable. She had experience in foaling and lay-ups in Virginia and worked in stallion administration in New York. Prior to coming to Taylor Made she worked for Bloodstock Research in Lexington, Kentucky. Wendy owns a small broodmare band and enjoys breeding thoroughbreds as well as paint showhorses. |

Back in Lexington after 13 years, Pat returned to Taylor Made Sales Agency where she provides support and administrative assistance to the Private Sales department. Pat has over 20 years of combined administrative, office and management experience in the equine industry. |
